At Smart Toys and Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
